Overview

As the sole designer leading the redesign of Scenario Builder, I tackled the challenge of meeting the new SEC Marketing Rule within a tight deadline, delivering a solution that was both compliant and user-friendly. Scenario Builder is a proposal tool within Morningstar's Advisor Workstation that helps financial advisors craft SEC-compliant proposals and compare recommended investment strategies with a client’s current portfolio. By modeling portfolio performance in historical scenarios, the tool empowers advisors to illustrate financial decision trade-offs and identify the best fit for their clients’ goals.
